We have launched a new online platform to help residents, businesses and community groups have their say on plans for the borough’s first pay-as-you-go electric bike scheme trial and ensure the voices of everyone are heard. The Commonplace site is an accessible way for people to contribute their views on the scheme, which we plan to introduce on an experimental basis in Spring 2023. Commonplace Launched

Haringey council have launched the borough’s first dockless electric bike hire scheme - partnering with e-bike industry leaders Lime and Forest for the 18-month trial to boost options for affordable, active travel around Haringey.

Backed by residents in a survey, the Streets for People scheme will make it easier for people to switch to environmentally friendly transport, while also cutting pollution and congestion and improving public health.
